Temporary, full-time field role delivering training and implementation support for an information system at customer sites nationwide. The role combines in-person and online instruction with user assistance and troubleshooting.
Responsabilidades
- Train end users through in-person and online sessions
- Support system implementation and user onboarding
- Provide individual and small-group instruction
- Accompany users on site and provide ongoing assistance
- Offer telephone support and connect remotely to deliver training or resolve issues
Requisitos
- Required experience in training or system implementation
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Willingness to work both on site and remotely
- Willingness to travel between customer sites
