Technical Service Engineer – Energy Storage Systems

Provide on-site technical support throughout delivery, commissioning, acceptance, and after-sales service for energy storage projects. Coordinate with customers, R&D teams, and international colleagues to support reliable long-term system operation.
Responsabilidades
- Provide on-site commissioning, acceptance testing, troubleshooting, and issue follow-up for energy storage projects.
- Coordinate with R&D and technical teams to resolve system issues.
- Train customers on energy storage system operation and maintenance.
- Prepare technical reports, issue records, and operation and maintenance training materials.
- Support after-sales service involving grid connection and system operation.
Requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Communications Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in installation, commissioning, or maintenance of large-scale or commercial and industrial energy storage projects.
- Experience with photovoltaic and/or energy storage systems.
- Familiarity with battery packs, power conversion systems, battery management systems, and energy management systems.
- Good spoken English communication skills.
- Willingness to travel for on-site technical support.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
