Full-time role in central Israel leading system integration, validation, and testing for complex multidisciplinary RF and electronic warfare systems, including naval applications.
Responsabilidades
- Lead system integration and validation throughout the development lifecycle through final customer delivery
- Plan, define, and execute system-level integration and testing activities
- Coordinate technical interfaces across engineering teams in Israel and overseas
- Oversee subcontractor activities and work directly with customers during integration and testing
- Perform system-level troubleshooting, failure investigation, and root cause analysis
- Maintain the system integration laboratory and ensure testing-environment readiness
- Execute multidisciplinary integration plans for complex RF and electronic warfare systems
Requisitos
- Experience with system integration and validation for complex multidisciplinary systems
- Strong background in RF and electronic warfare systems
- Experience planning and executing system-level integration and testing
- Ability to troubleshoot systems, investigate failures, and perform root cause analysis
- Experience coordinating technical interfaces across multidisciplinary engineering teams
- Willingness to conduct integration and testing activities in Israel and abroad
