A defense systems developer is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to lead multidisciplinary development and production projects involving hardware, software, and algorithms.
Responsabilidades
- Lead system design and systems engineering for multidisciplinary projects.
- Provide technical leadership to engineering teams and ensure performance, schedule, and budget objectives are met.
- Manage technical activities within projects and in collaboration with customers.
- Lead system integration in company and customer laboratories and during field trials.
- Support and guide engineers across multiple disciplines.
- Lead the New Product Introduction process.
- Write system specifications and define statements of work during pre-sales activities.
Requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, electronics engineering, or computer engineering.
- At least 5 years of systems engineering experience with complex products such as receivers and transmitters.
- Background in hardware, software, or firmware development for wireless communications systems.
- Experience writing technical specifications for customers and multidisciplinary engineering teams.
- System-level understanding of analog and digital electronics, software, and signal processing.
- Strong engineering analysis, management, teamwork, and communication skills.
- High-level English proficiency.
