A fast-growing AI-native software company is hiring a Senior Solutions Engineer for a hybrid role combining production systems engineering, debugging, SDK integration, and direct customer engagement. The role is based in Tel Aviv and focuses on turning customer problems into reliable, reusable tools
Responsabilidades
- Integrate the company SDK into complex production systems across varied environments and technology stacks
- Debug production performance, reliability, and edge-case issues and demonstrate product value
- Build and ship code for field-engineering tools and internal codebases
- Design repeatable agentic workflows using production signals across the software development lifecycle
- Create reusable playbooks, runbooks, templates, reference architectures, and demonstration environments
- Convert recurring customer issues into scalable solutions and product improvements
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to turn field insights into product capabilities
- Lead technical customer interactions, including calls, debugging sessions, and written communication
- Own technical execution across customer engagements and internal tooling
Requisitos
- At least 6 years of experience in software engineering, solutions engineering, field engineering, or technical leadership
- Strong backend engineering and production debugging skills
- Deep expertise in Node.js/TypeScript, Python, or Java/JVM runtimes
- Experience troubleshooting latency, memory issues, regressions, and distributed system failures in production
- Strong knowledge of microservices, distributed systems, asynchronous and event-driven systems, containers, orchestration, and cloud environments
- Hands-on experience building or integrating SDKs, developer tools, or production-facing components
- Strong performance engineering skills, including CPU and memory profiling
- Ability to design safe, stable, resilient systems for customer environments
- Strong communication skills and confidence in customer-facing settings
- Ability to work full-time on site in Tel Aviv

- Experience with observability, performance monitoring, or developer tooling
- Background in SDKs, instrumentation, or in-process production components
- Experience designing AI-assisted software development workflows
- Familiarity with runtime internals such as event loops, garbage collection, JIT, or tracing hooks
- Experience with APM agents, tracing systems, or telemetry pipelines
- Exposure to low-overhead instrumentation such as sampling, bytecode manipulation, or eBPF
- Previous customer-facing technical experience in field, solutions, or sales engineering
