A defense systems organization is seeking a Senior Hardware Systems Engineer to lead computer-assembly development from systems engineering and design through production, integration, testing, and customer delivery. The role is based in northern Israel.
Responsabilidades
- Define system and product requirements
- Develop architectures and select technologies
- Lead computer-assembly development from systems engineering and design through production and delivery
- Lead a matrixed development team and manage subcontractors
- Own performance, quality, and delivery schedules
- Lead assembly-level integration and testing, including system-level integrations
Requisitos
- Bachelor's degree in electrical and electronics engineering
- At least 5 years of hands-on hardware development experience involving circuit boards and/or computer assemblies
- Experience leading people
Se valora
- A master's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or systems engineering
- Experience developing ruggedized hardware for military systems
- Experience leading architecture and development of programmable-component firmware on boards and assemblies
- Familiarity with international standards, especially military standards
