A defense and aerospace organization is seeking an Operational Systems Specialist with a fighter pilot or fighter navigator background to define operational and functional requirements for complex combat, command-and-control, avionics, sensor, and airborne systems.
Responsabilidades
- Define operational and functional requirements for combat systems, command-and-control systems, and next-generation technologies.
- Conduct research and develop operational concepts, task maps, and operational scenarios based on project, customer, and environmental requirements.
- Apply human factors engineering and UX principles to operational interfaces and complex displays.
- Work according to established methodologies and structured processes.
- Collaborate with customers, development teams, and industry stakeholders in Israel and abroad.
- Prepare for and participate in design reviews.
Requisitos
- Former fighter pilot or fighter navigator in an air force combat unit.
- Proven experience working with complex avionics, command-and-control, sensor, or airborne systems.
- Ability to analyze and translate complex operational scenarios into structured workflows.
- Strong English reading, writing, and speaking skills.
- Experience operating complex systems with little or no use of artificial intelligence.
- Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
Se valora
- A bachelor's degree in aerospace, electrical, software, or industrial engineering.
- Previous experience as an operational systems analyst or specialist.
- Experience with multidisciplinary human factors and UX methods.
