Lead the development and integration of a multidisciplinary artillery command, control, communications, computers, and intelligence system for the Israeli market. Own system-wide coherence, architecture, stakeholder collaboration, and delivery across Agile development processes.
Responsabilidades
- Define, integrate, and lead multidisciplinary systems and services from design through delivery.
- Establish a system-wide vision and maintain coherence across workflows and configurations.
- Lead collaboration with operational and technical stakeholders.
- Manage a matrix-based development team and coordinate with technology and business stakeholders.
- Design system architecture with emphasis on databases and overall system performance.
- Plan and manage complex technological workflows within Agile processes.
- Develop forward-looking, reusable solutions while rapidly learning new technologies.
Requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, computer science, or information systems.
- At least 3 years of experience in systems engineering and product management.
- Hands-on experience with integrated, large-scale systems.
- Experience with artillery systems, algorithms, and operational doctrine.
- Familiarity with software technologies and operational environments.
- Strong technical problem-solving, analytical thinking, and system-level planning skills.
- Ability to lead cross-organizational processes and collaborate effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
