Lead multidisciplinary systems engineering for airborne defense systems, guiding development from initial planning through integration, trials, analysis, and operational readiness.
Responsabilidades
- Own the system lifecycle from planning through operational deployment
- Define, develop, and manage system requirements
- Define system architecture and perform detailed systems design
- Prepare requirements, design, and test documentation
- Lead systems engineering processes throughout development
- Coordinate engineering disciplines including avionics, aerodynamics, thermal management, mechanical design, performance, control, dynamics, environmental testing, strength, and materials
- Support integration activities, trial preparation, testing, and analysis in Israel and abroad
- Investigate system issues and propose creative, system-level solutions
- Plan and execute tests, analyze results, prepare investigation reports, and present findings
Requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering
- At least 5 years of experience as a multidisciplinary systems engineer on a complex project
