Join a behavioral health company building AI-powered systems for community-based care. You will automate go-to-market and operational workflows, integrate tools and data, and help teams adopt scalable solutions.
Responsabilidades
- Map current processes and identify automation and optimization opportunities across go-to-market and operations.
- Build and deploy AI agents, copilots, and automated workflows within existing systems.
- Connect tools, data sources, and workflows to enable reliable data flow and real-time actions.
- Create scalable frameworks, governance practices, and performance tracking for workflow automation.
- Monitor workflow performance and improve solutions based on user feedback and operational impact.
- Evaluate AI developments and introduce relevant tools and practices.
- Lead solutions from discovery through deployment, enablement, and user adoption.
Requisitos
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in workflow automation, AI operations, RevOps, technical GTM, or systems roles.
- Hands-on experience building production workflows with platforms such as Zapier, Make, n8n, Workato, or similar tools.
- Practical experience applying AI and LLM tools to operational workflows, with at least one deployed example.
- Strong structured problem-solving skills and the ability to design workflows before implementation.
- Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience teaching users and supporting change management and solution adoption.
- Ability to take ownership, work with minimal oversight, and move solutions from concept to production quickly.

- Experience with APIs, data pipelines, or low-code and no-code platforms.
- Exposure to CRM, support, or operational SaaS systems.
- Background in operations, systems design, or process improvement.
