An AI-powered enterprise localization platform is seeking a technically skilled API Solutions Engineer to support integrations and help close deals across global markets. The role combines technical pre-sales, client onboarding, API integration, and consultative communication in a remote setup.
Responsabilidades
- Lead discovery calls with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Map client architectures and manage proof-of-concept integrations from scoping through sign-off.
- Support customers building integrations with the platform API.
- Review documentation, test endpoints, and resolve technical blockers across CRMs, delivery systems, and automation workflows.
- Use low-code tools and AI assistants to create lightweight demos and prototype workflows.
- Translate customer requirements into clear technical briefs for Product and Engineering teams.
Requisitos
- At least 3 years of experience in a technical client-facing role, such as Solutions Engineer, Integration Engineer, or Pre-Sales Engineer.
- Hands-on experience with APIs, including REST, Postman or cURL, and webhooks.
- Basic scripting or programming skills in JavaScript or Python.
- Native or fluent English and business-fluent Hebrew.
- Strong consultative communication skills and the ability to work autonomously in a remote environment.
Se valora
- Experience with AI tools, prompt engineering, and low-code integration platforms such as Zapier, Make, or Stitch.
- Exposure to CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Experience as a software developer transitioning into a client-facing role.
