Lead a Systems Performance Analysis team supporting advanced air defense systems. The role combines systems engineering, operational analysis, simulation, testing, and algorithm development for naval, land-based, and air defense applications.
Responsabilidades
- Lead and manage a Systems Performance Analysis team of systems engineers and algorithm engineers.
- Develop an end-to-end understanding of air defense system processes and operational behavior.
- Analyze and investigate system test and trial results.
- Conduct simulations and testing to evaluate and improve system performance.
- Develop system-level simulators and analysis tools using MATLAB and Python.
- Lead algorithm development from requirements definition through design, implementation, and integration into operational systems.
Requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, Mathematics, or Physics.
- At least 5 years of hands-on systems engineering experience.
- At least 7 years of experience managing systems engineers or development teams.
- Strong English skills in reading, writing, and speaking.
