Lead the systems engineering effort for a large, complex air defense program, including system-of-systems architecture, requirements, technical reviews, testing, and multidisciplinary team coordination.
Responsabilidades
- Develop and lead complex system-of-systems architectures for air defense applications
- Lead and perform operational research and performance studies during system development
- Define subsystem designs and requirements
- Lead system design reviews from needs and requirements definition through design verification
- Manage a multidisciplinary engineering team in a matrix environment, including subcontractors
- Write system specifications, technical documents, and test documentation
- Initiate and control hardware and software change management
- Plan and conduct experiments, tests, and acceptance activities
Requisitos
- B.Sc. in electrical and electronics engineering, software engineering, aerospace engineering, or mechanical engineering
- At least 5 years of systems engineering experience with complex system-of-systems programs
- Demonstrated experience writing technical documentation and conducting performance studies
- Proficiency with Excel and MATLAB
- High level of English
- Willingness to travel internationally
