A global beauty and wellness company is seeking an experienced eCommerce Marketplace Operations Manager to lead daily operations and strategic growth initiatives across international marketplaces, primarily Amazon.
Responsabilidades
- Manage purchase-order acceptance, monitor stock levels, and optimize inventory
- Create and optimize marketplace listings, including attributes, backend keywords, reviews, visual assets, titles, and SEO descriptions
- Own the submission and resolution of marketplace platform cases
- Manage relationships with marketplace contacts, primarily Vendor Managers
- Develop and execute strategies to improve Buy Box performance
- Manage enrollment in marketplace programs such as Brand Registry and Premium Beauty
Requisitos
- At least 3 years of brand-side Amazon.com operations management experience
- Required hands-on first-party vendor-side experience
- Experience creating product listings, applying SEO, and submitting and resolving marketplace cases
- In-depth knowledge of Amazon processes, programs, and marketplace strategies
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven marketplace decisions
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize by business impact
- Strong interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills
