Lead strategic payment-method and expansion partnerships across EMEA for a global financial infrastructure platform. Develop market strategies, negotiate and execute deals, onboard partners, and coordinate product, engineering, legal, finance, risk, marketing, and go-to-market stakeholders.
Responsabilidades
- Identify opportunities and develop partnership and product strategies for market expansion and payment-method partners.
- Negotiate and execute partnership deals and manage onboarding for new and existing financial partners.
- Understand partner priorities, challenges, and roadmaps, and communicate insights and recommendations to product stakeholders.
- Develop partner relationships, identify internal champions, and build alignment between the company and its partners.
- Establish KPIs and metrics for deal processes, partner management, and distribution initiatives.
- Coordinate initiatives with product, engineering, marketing, legal, finance, risk, go-to-market teams, and external executives.
Requisitos
- 10+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, corporate development, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience related to payments or eCommerce.
- Deep knowledge of EMEA markets, including Israel, the Middle East, and Africa.
- Thorough understanding of payment-method dynamics and business models.
- Experience working in product-centric environments with significant internal and external dependencies.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, handle ambiguity, work autonomously, and develop creative solutions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
