Manage strategic B2B client relationships for VIP business customers, supporting complex financial operations and improving service processes. This is a full-time, on-site role in Israel, Sunday–Thursday, 08:30–17:30, with overtime availability required when needed.
Responsabilidades
- Manage VIP business client portfolios and provide advanced support to strategic accounts.
- Build ongoing relationships with senior managers at organizations and companies.
- Prepare business activity summaries and related client documentation.
- Manage the customer lifecycle from account opening through deposits, withdrawals, currency conversions, securities purchases, guarantees, and final execution.
- Coordinate with operations, trading, regulatory, and compliance teams to maintain service continuity and quality.
- Identify business and operational opportunities and lead workflow and service improvement initiatives.
Requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Prior B2B account management experience in financial institutions, banks, or technology companies.
- Experience optimizing service processes and improving operational efficiency.
- Full professional fluency in English, including reading, speaking, and writing.
- Advanced Excel proficiency.
- Availability for overtime according to operational needs.
