A real estate investment group is hiring a qualified real estate appraiser for a full-time role at its Tel Aviv office. The position supports property evaluation, investment decisions, and complex development projects across Israel.
Responsabilidades
- Review and analyze real estate projects and prepare business plans
- Assess planning, property rights, and operational aspects of projects
- Prepare transaction summaries and materials for investment committees
- Coordinate with internal and external consultants and professional advisers
- Support business development and evaluate significant, complex projects across Israel
Requisitos
- At least two years of experience as a certified real estate appraiser
- Proven experience and advanced proficiency preparing zero reports
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Ability to meet targets and manage tasks responsibly
- Curiosity and ability to learn in a dynamic environment

- Experience assessing planning potential and planning and property rights issues
- Experience building financial cash flows and valuing complex properties
- Background preparing betterment levy and permit fee estimates
- Academic degree in economics, business administration, accounting, or urban planning
