An international shipping and logistics company is seeking a coordinator to manage supply chain processes, inventory, orders, and operational reporting.
Responsabilidades
- Coordinate end-to-end supply chain operations, including order tracking, scheduling, and real-time issue resolution
- Work with business customers and suppliers and manage inventory
- Monitor logistics processes and analyze operational data
- Use SAP/ERP systems and Excel
- Prepare daily reports, review existing processes, and support continuous improvement
Requisitos
- Strong Excel skills
- Good spoken and written English
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
- Strong organizational skills, assertiveness, and a service-oriented approach
- Ability to collaborate with teams and internal and external stakeholders
Se valora
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Previous experience in a logistics role
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS)
