Analyze inventory transactions, ensure stock accuracy, support cycle counts, and coordinate logistics operations using SAP and ERP systems.
Responsabilidades
- Monitor and manage inventory transactions in SAP daily, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Coordinate weekly, monthly, and quarterly cycle counts across all warehouse locations
- Analyze inventory discrepancies and resolve variances with Finance
- Represent site logistics team in global inventory forums and present insights
- Address MRB and QA-related inventory issues
- Analyze inventory trends and recommend corrective actions for slow-moving, excess, and obsolete stock
- Ensure inventory master data accuracy in SAP
- Support logistics operations and coordinate with transportation, warehousing, and procurement teams
- Maintain and track inventory KPIs
- Prepare and present inventory reports and dashboards to management
- Ensure compliance with company policies, audit requirements, and internal controls
Requisitos
- BA in Logistics/Industrial Engineering or Practical Engineering with 1-3 years of relevant work experience
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
- Experience in logistics/inventory
- System oriented with high analytical skills
- Experience with ERP system (SAP highly preferred)
- Proficient in Office systems
