Join the Strategic Procurement Department in Rehovot to manage strategic suppliers, lead complex procurement and contractual activities, and conduct commercial negotiations. The role involves cross-functional collaboration, occasional international travel, and work in a matrix organization.
Responsabilidades
- Lead end-to-end procurement processes for complex, high-value contracts.
- Conduct commercial and contractual negotiations with strategic suppliers.
- Manage long-term supplier relationships.
- Review contractual and legal documents, including terms and conditions and statements of work.
- Issue purchase orders and monitor supplier performance.
- Coordinate with senior managers, headquarters, and cross-functional teams.
- Operate effectively in a multi-interface matrix environment.
Requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Law.
- At least 5 years of experience in strategic procurement.
- Hands-on experience conducting commercial and contractual negotiations with suppliers.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
- High-level English.
- Willingness to travel abroad.
- Strong interpersonal and service-oriented skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Ability to work across matrix organizations and manage multiple stakeholders.

- Experience reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial and legal agreements.
- Supplier management experience.
