A global defense products company is hiring a Senior Supply Chain Planner in Israel to lead end-to-end planning across demand, supply, inventory, materials, and production.
Responsabilidades
- Own planning activities across supply, materials, inventory, and production.
- Translate forecasts, sales trends, and business requirements into executable operational plans.
- Execute and improve ERP- and MRP-driven planning processes.
- Monitor inventory, material availability, open orders, and supply risks.
- Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, warehouses, procurement, and internal operations teams.
- Track production schedules, shipment ETAs, and replenishment across global operations.
- Maintain ERP planning parameters and data accuracy, including lead times, minimum order quantities, safety stock, and reorder points.
- Support forecasting, purchasing, and inventory optimization.
- Identify operational gaps, delays, and bottlenecks and drive corrective actions.
- Build and maintain operational KPIs, reports, and planning analyses.
- Support process improvement, scalability, and operational planning infrastructure initiatives.
Requisitos
- At least 7 years of experience in planning, supply chain, or operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of inventory management and forecasting methods.
- Experience with ERP and MRP systems, including NetSuite Advantage.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Strong ownership and cross-functional communication skills.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
