Lead global procurement and commercial sourcing across direct and indirect categories, including hardware, software, cloud, IT, marketing, and operations. Transform procurement into a strategic business function through supplier partnerships, category expertise, automation, and resilient processes.
Responsabilidades
- Lead global strategic sourcing across direct materials, hardware, software, cloud, and indirect categories
- Own supplier negotiations, contracts, pricing, and long-term partnerships
- Manage electronics, components, contract manufacturing, SaaS, enterprise agreement, and cloud sourcing
- Develop category management strategies aligned with growth, scalability, and resilience
- Partner with engineering and R&D on new product introduction, technology sourcing, and manufacturability
- Improve procure-to-pay governance and processes using ERP systems, automation, and AI
- Build a subject-matter-expert operating model across procurement categories
- Lead supplier performance reviews, cost reduction, value engineering, and total-cost initiatives
- Develop supply chain risk mitigation and business continuity plans
- Coordinate requesters, finance, compliance, budget owners, suppliers, and executives
- Lead and mentor procurement managers, team leads, and buyers across global locations
Requisitos
- 10+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, and operations leadership
- Experience managing managers and global cross-functional stakeholders
- Global procurement experience across APAC, EMEA, and the United States
- Strong background in electronics manufacturing, EMS, hardware, and technology products
- Experience procuring software, SaaS, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise agreements
- Knowledge of end-to-end supply chain and global logistics
- Experience developing global category and sourcing strategies
- Hands-on experience implementing or improving ERP and procure-to-pay systems such as NetSuite, Zip, or equivalent
- Strong commercial negotiation skills focused on total cost of ownership, long-term value, and continuity
- Experience mitigating supply chain risks and developing business continuity plans
- Track record transforming tactical procurement or operations functions into strategic organizations
- Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and cross-cultural collaboration skills
- Fluent written and spoken English
