Lead product quality for networking integrated circuits and interconnect systems, ensuring production readiness and quality throughout the product life cycle.
Responsabilidades
- Lead the quality function and maintain the organization’s quality philosophy for integrated circuit products
- Establish, maintain, and optimize the quality management system
- Develop and implement quality plans aligned with organizational goals, customer expectations, and partner requirements
- Lead root-cause analysis for design, manufacturing, and customer-related issues
- Apply risk assessment, prevention methods, quality-at-the-source practices, and continual improvement techniques
- Maintain and improve product build, development, verification, and validation processes
- Coordinate networking system product quality and ensure product readiness for production
Requisitos
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree, or equivalent experience, in electrical engineering, materials science, or another technical discipline
- At least 5 years of leadership and manufacturing experience preferred
- Knowledge of semiconductor design and processes
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal and project management skills
- Process-oriented working approach
