Lead the quality function for one or more projects and manage a team of at least five quality professionals in a manufacturing environment.
Responsabilidades
- Manage, mentor, assign work to, and professionally supervise a quality team of five or more employees
- Own product and production quality across assigned projects
- Lead FAI, MRB, and PRR processes and production and assembly line qualification
- Set priorities and achieve quality targets and KPIs
- Analyze quality trends and lead continuous improvement initiatives
- Coordinate with engineering, production, supply chain, and customers
- Maintain quality records, ensure delivery readiness, and support customer inspections
Requisitos
- Practical engineering diploma or engineering degree
- Proven management experience as a quality engineer in a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of AS9100, ISO 9001, and AS9102 standards
- Ability to lead, make decisions, manage interfaces, and work under pressure
