Lead field quality assurance and quality control activities for data center construction projects. Ensure civil, structural, architectural, MEP, controls, and life-safety installations meet approved requirements and support operationally ready facility turnover.
Responsabilidades
- Lead QA/QC field activities for assigned project areas and disciplines.
- Inspect and audit civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, controls, and life-safety installations.
- Verify work complies with drawings, specifications, submittals, manufacturer requirements, client requirements, and project standards.
- Coordinate quality requirements with construction, MEP, commissioning, subcontractor, and trade-partner teams.
- Identify nonconforming work and manage non-conformance reports, punch-list items, and deficiency logs.
- Support commissioning readiness by verifying inspections, documentation, and system completion before testing.
- Review inspection reports, test records, checklists, and turnover documentation.
- Participate in project meetings, planning sessions, and quality reviews.
- Support root-cause investigations and corrective-action implementation.
- Monitor quality metrics and report status to project leadership.
- Support training and development for QA/QC engineers, coordinators, and field personnel.
- Maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders.
Requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, quality management, or a related field preferred; equivalent education, military service, technical training, and industry experience may be considered.
- 5–8 years of experience in construction, QA/QC, commissioning, or related technical disciplines.
- Experience conducting inspections, audits, testing support, and quality verification.
- Strong knowledge of QA/QC principles, inspection procedures, and quality management systems.
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, controls, life-safety, and building systems.
- Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, submittals, shop drawings, and manufacturer documentation.
- Knowledge of industry standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong leadership, field coordination, analytical, troubleshooting, communication, organizational, and prioritization skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Commitment to safety, continuous improvement, accountability, and zero-defect execution.

- Experience with mission-critical, hyperscale data center, industrial, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or large commercial construction projects.
- Commissioning, integrated systems testing, and turnover experience.
- CQM, CQM-C, OSHA, ASQ, or related certifications.
- Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, CxAlloy, BIM platforms, or quality management software.
