Quality Manager responsible for the quality function of a manufacturing project and for leading quality activities across integrated engineering and production lines. The role is based at manufacturing sites in northern Israel.
Responsabilidades
- Plan, manage, and implement the unit's quality program
- Lead quality and production improvement processes
- Define, monitor, and implement corrective actions
- Conduct preventive quality activities and quality assessments
- Prepare products for trials and support the transfer from development to production
- Certify production quality representatives
- Manage deviations and coordinate with customers
- Lead the integration and implementation of quality requirements and processes
- Work with stakeholders across the supply chain
- Lead investigations, lessons learned, and improvement activities
- Measure quality performance and provide periodic reports
Requisitos
- Practical engineering diploma or bachelor's degree in quality, industrial and management engineering, mechanical engineering, or electronics
- At least two years of experience managing and leading quality processes
