Responsabilidades
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media content strategy
- Create, edit, and publish engaging visual and written content for different target audiences
- Manage and maintain online communities, respond to inquiries, and encourage follower interaction
- Plan, execute, and monitor paid and organic social media campaigns
- Analyze performance data and use insights to continuously improve strategy
- Identify emerging social media trends and technologies and implement relevant opportunities
Requisitos
- At least 3 years of social media management experience in-house or at an agency
- Strong knowledge of leading social media platforms and their management tools, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok
- Strong Hebrew and English copywriting and content writing skills
- Experience managing paid social media campaigns, including Facebook Ads and LinkedIn Ads
- Experience using analytics tools to measure performance, including Google Analytics and Facebook Insights
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with initiative and creativity
