- Identify, contact, and manage relevant influencers and creators.
- Negotiate and coordinate collaborations and prepare influencer briefs.
- Track creator deliverables and ensure content is delivered on time and aligned with strategy.
- Analyze influencer performance and identify effective partnerships.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Track growth, reach, engagement, traffic, conversions, and sales KPIs.
- Turn performance data into actionable recommendations and present learnings and next steps.
Requisitos
- Previous experience growing social media accounts and managing influencer campaigns is essential.
- Fluent or highly proficient English for daily communication.
- Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok.
- Creative and data-driven approach to content and growth.
- Ability to manage multiple creators and campaigns simultaneously.
