A hands-on marketing professional will manage Alma’s digital presence in Israel, collaborating with Sales, Clinical teams, customers, vendors, and global marketing stakeholders. The role covers social media, content, paid campaigns, lead generation, marketing automation, email, and performance分析.
Responsabilidades
- Plan and execute end-to-end digital marketing across paid and organic channels.
- Develop content strategies and create professional marketing content for B2B audiences.
- Capture, collect, and edit content from workshops, trainings, conferences, launches, customer meetings, and sales activities.
- Drive lead generation through funnels, landing pages, forms, email campaigns, segmentation, and performance tracking.
- Manage marketing automation and email campaigns, including audience building, deployment, and effectiveness analysis.
- Analyze leads, engagement, reach, conversion, CTR, CPL, CRO, and quality metrics to generate insights.
- Maintain a consistent premium brand voice aligned with global standards and local market needs.
- Develop new content formats, initiatives, and creative campaigns to support brand and business growth.
Requisitos
- 2–5 years of experience in digital, social media, content marketing, or performance marketing.
- Demonstrated experience creating social media content, short-form video, organic content, and paid campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and digital measurement tools.
- Experience with lead generation and marketing and sales funnels.
- Fluent written and spoken English for collaboration with global teams.
- Experience using AI tools for marketing or content creation.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, independence, and stakeholder collaboration.
