Responsabilidades
- Follow organizational strategy and develop monthly, quarterly, and annual content calendars.
- Build, develop, and manage the organization’s social media channels.
- Identify stories from activities, events, tours, and meetings and turn them into quality content.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify people, stories, and moments to feature.
- Develop creative concepts and handle filming, editing, publishing, and content execution.
- Monitor content performance and use audience insights to improve future activity.
- Help build a clear, current, and recognizable digital presence.
- Work hands-on across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Support paid social campaigns.
Requisitos
- More than one year of experience managing social media pages and creating content.
- Independent video filming and editing skills, including smartphone production.
- Understanding of paid campaigns from planning through execution.
- Strong knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn formats and audiences.
- Accurate, natural, and engaging copywriting skills.
- Awareness of current social media trends, formats, and creators.
- Ability to coordinate across multiple teams, meet deadlines, and move projects forward.
- Comfort working both from a computer and in the field.
- Confidence in front of the camera and ability to help others appear natural on camera.
- Ability to adapt messages for diverse target audiences.
