A marketing agency seeks a full-time social media manager and content creator to manage client channels, develop content strategies, create content, and track results.
Responsabilidades
- Manage clients' social media pages, including content, publishing, and performance tracking.
- Develop content strategies based on each client's brand and goals.
- Visit clients to film, gather materials, and coordinate on site.
- Coordinate briefs and content with the Creative Director.
- Keep up with emerging social media trends and formats.
- Report performance and insights to clients and the internal team.
- Communicate with clients about content needs and arrange shoots when materials are missing.
- Coordinate with influencers, content creators, and actors.
Requisitos
- At least 1 year of experience in social media management, at an agency or brand.
- Proficiency with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Twitter, and with scheduling tools such as Postiz.
- Strong marketing copywriting in Hebrew and English.
- Experience filming and editing Reels and Stories; familiarity with CapCut or Premiere.
- Proficiency with AI tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage time in a dynamic environment.

- Experience managing clients or working at a digital agency.
- A driver's license and car are useful for regular client visits, but are not essential.
