- Drive market research and competitive analysis
- Influence company roadmap through market trends and requirements analysis
- Write market requirements documents (MRD)
- Craft product messaging and positioning
- Monitor and analyze business performance
- Support sales through marketing activities and customer meetings
- Develop marketing documentation and sales tools (e.g., presentations, brochures, web)
- Interface with Product Management, Sales organization, and the executive team
Requisitos
- B.Sc. in a relevant field; MBA preferred
- 5+ years of work experience as a Product Marketing Manager for global, high-tech companies
- Deep customer understanding and ability to identify and prioritize customer needs
- Sharp, analytical data analysis skills
- Blend of business and technical savvy
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Outstanding execution skills
- Background in the technology and market of PCB and/or semiconductors
- Proficient in written and verbal English communication
- Willingness to travel internationally
