Join a global financial platform as a Field Marketing Senior Associate supporting market growth across Israel and the Middle East. Lead localized events, partner campaigns, sales enablement, and measurable field initiatives in collaboration with regional marketing, sales, and operations teams.
Responsabilidades
- Own field marketing initiatives across Israel and the Middle East, including sponsorships, exhibitions, roundtables, dinners, and webinars.
- Execute co-marketing activities with channel partnerships and startup-focused teams.
- Manage field activities end to end, including planning, project management, operations, and delivery.
- Work with regional marketing and local sales teams to create localized collateral, event messaging, and pre- and post-event engagement plans.
- Set objectives and KPIs, track performance, coordinate lead follow-up, collect feedback, and optimize the field marketing funnel.
- Represent the organization at events and serve as a point of contact for customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
Requisitos
- At least 3 years of B2B marketing experience, with a strong focus on field and event marketing.
- Proven ability to manage events end to end, from planning through measurement.
- Strong project management, organization, multitasking, and execution skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with marketing, operations, sales, and partnership teams.
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools; Salesforce experience is preferred.
- Fluent written and spoken English and Hebrew.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, global technology environment.
