Own large-scale mobile user acquisition and growth campaigns across global markets. Develop strategies, optimize performance, test new channels, and use data to improve acquisition efficiency and profitability for a subscription product.
Responsabilidades
- Own and manage mobile user acquisition campaigns across paid channels
- Develop acquisition strategies aligned with growth, efficiency, and profitability targets
- Identify and test new channels, audiences, markets, and acquisition approaches
- Manage growth initiatives from opportunity identification through execution, measurement, and optimization
- Analyze campaign performance, user behavior, and market trends
- Lead testing of audiences, creatives, messaging, bidding strategies, and acquisition funnels
- Build performance reports and present recommendations to stakeholders
- Partner with Product, Analytics, Content, and Creative teams to improve conversion
- Monitor competitors, industry trends, and the mobile app ecosystem
- Lead creative production with internal teams
Requisitos
- At least 5 years of experience in mobile user acquisition, performance marketing, or growth marketing
- Extensive hands-on experience with Google UAC and iOS campaigns
- Experience scaling a subscription product from scratch, including funnel development and acquisition strategy
- Experience managing large-scale mobile acquisition campaigns and budgets
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into actionable decisions
- Experience with performance optimization, experimentation, and growth strategy
- Experience developing creative strategies for campaigns across multiple geographies and languages
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Fluent written and spoken English
