Responsabilidades
- Edit short-form performance video ads for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other social platforms.
- Create creative variations, test visual hooks, and refine pacing using performance analytics.
- Collaborate with creative and performance marketing teams to improve social content.
- Use AI video tools and advanced editing workflows to increase production quality and experimentation.
Requisitos
- At least 3 years of professional video editing experience in an e-commerce brand or performance digital agency.
- A portfolio demonstrating high-converting direct-response video ads and short-form social content.
- Expert proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Strong understanding of direct-response principles, audience engagement, and click-through performance.
- High proficiency in English for working with English-language text and video narratives.
