Lead large-scale mobile user acquisition and retargeting campaigns for an advertising technology company. Combine audience insights, creative strategy, campaign analytics, and AI-driven optimization to improve return on ad spend, lifetime value, and client results.
Responsabilidades
- Manage high-volume mobile native retargeting campaigns, including performance monitoring, targeting, and budget allocation.
- Optimize campaigns against return on ad spend and other business performance metrics.
- Analyze audience segments and develop targeted user re-engagement strategies.
- Continuously optimize pre-install, post-install, and event-based campaign metrics using internal tools and dashboards.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives that improve marketing capabilities and retargeting technology.
- Apply AI tools and machine learning frameworks to campaign management and creative optimization.
- Collaborate with product, data science, and engineering teams to improve predictive modeling and retargeting infrastructure.
- Translate campaign performance data into growth strategies and actionable recommendations for client-facing teams.
Requisitos
- At least 3 years of experience managing large-budget mobile performance campaigns, particularly user acquisition or retargeting.
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and complex formulas.
- Ability to convert raw campaign data into strategic decisions and recommendations.
- Experience managing multi-stakeholder projects with limited supervision.
- Exceptional written and spoken English.
- Bachelor’s degree.
