A fashion eCommerce company is seeking a strategic Marketing Manager to lead impactful campaigns, analyze performance data, and coordinate complex marketing projects from its Haifa office.
Responsabilidades
- Develop and manage marketing campaigns that generate measurable impact.
- Analyze campaign data and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Connect creative and social media activity with performance objectives.
- Lead marketing projects and coordinate multiple priorities through delivery.
- Develop ideas and practical solutions proactively while maintaining attention to detail.
Requisitos
- At least 5 years of experience managing marketing for an eCommerce brand.
- Strong knowledge of measurement and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Klaviyo.
- Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and evaluate marketing performance.
- Creativity, innovative thinking, and the ability to manage complex projects.
- Excellent Hebrew writing and editing skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet strict deadlines.
- Strong interest in fashion, aesthetics, social media, and creative marketing.
- Comfort working with ROI and KPI analysis.
