Coordinate and execute multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns across EMEA, supporting lead generation, pipeline growth, localization, and campaign optimization for a software company.
Responsabilidades
- Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing activities supporting lead and marketing-qualified lead generation
- Coordinate EMEA campaigns across email, landing pages, nurture programs, content syndication, paid media, and other digital channels
- Collaborate with marketing operations, content, PPC, sales, project managers, agencies, and vendors
- Manage audience segmentation and campaign targeting for personalized communications
- Own campaign timelines, execution checklists, launches, and cross-functional follow-up
- Track campaign performance and provide optimization recommendations
- Coordinate regional campaign localization, including translators, vendors, workflows, budgets, and quality assurance
- Use AI and automation tools to accelerate campaign execution, content adaptation, personalization, and localization
Requisitos
- At least 3 years of B2B marketing experience
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
- Hands-on experience executing marketing campaigns and programs
- Experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot or Marketo and Salesforce
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Analytical ability to use campaign data for decision-making and optimization
- Experience using AI tools for marketing, content creation, campaign execution, or workflow automation
- Fluent English proficiency
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
