A cybersecurity-focused startup is seeking a hands-on Director of Marketing to lead strategy and execution, with primary responsibility for demand generation, qualified pipeline, and marketing performance.
Responsabilidades
- Own and execute the marketing strategy, focusing on lead generation and pipeline growth.
- Plan and run demand generation campaigns across paid media, email, content, account-based marketing, webinars, and events.
- Create website content, landing pages, customer success stories, one-pagers, campaign assets, and sales enablement materials.
- Own webinars, conferences, and other lead-generation programs.
- Manage and optimize paid acquisition, website performance, SEO, AEO, GEO, and conversion rates.
- Partner with Sales on target accounts, campaigns, and lead follow-up.
- Track and improve pipeline contribution, conversion rates, customer acquisition cost, and campaign ROI.
- Use AI and automation to improve targeting, content creation, and marketing efficiency.
Requisitos
- At least 5 years of B2B marketing experience in cybersecurity.
- Demonstrated success generating qualified leads and pipeline.
- Strong English writing and content creation skills.
- Hands-on experience with paid acquisition, CRM and marketing automation, web analytics, content, webinars, and events.
- Strong analytical skills and a performance-driven approach.
- Ability to own both strategy and hands-on execution in a fast-paced startup environment.
