Own and grow affiliate programs across multiple trading brands by recruiting partners, optimizing campaigns, managing performance, and ensuring accurate tracking and payments.
Responsabilidades
- Manage affiliate programs across multiple brands, including partner recruitment and relationship management.
- Define, monitor, and optimize KPIs, commission structures, and partner performance.
- Build relationships with strategic partners, influencers, and collaborators.
- Optimize affiliate campaigns for different brand audiences and customer funnels.
- Ensure affiliate content and campaigns follow brand guidelines, regulatory requirements, and messaging standards.
- Manage affiliate reconciliation, tracking, commission payments, reporting, and discrepancy resolution.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Finance, and Compliance teams.
Requisitos
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience managing affiliate programs end to end.
- Required experience in online trading, forex, fintech, or capital markets.
- Demonstrated ability to drive growth and meet commercial KPIs through data-driven optimization.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into business decisions.
- Strong marketing and copywriting skills, including affiliate content and campaign optimization.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Ability to work independently, stay organized, and own projects from start to finish.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Willingness to provide flexible support outside standard working hours when needed.
