Marketing Coordinator – Latin America, Spain and Portugal

Support marketing and communications activities for regional representatives and headquarters teams. The role combines campaign development, multilingual content creation, hands-on production, cultural localization, fieldwork, and stakeholder coordination.
Responsabilidades
- Maintain communication with regional representatives and provide tailored marketing and communications support.
- Develop content ideas, marketing initiatives, and campaigns for diverse audiences and local markets.
- Write, edit, and localize Spanish- and Portuguese-language content for digital channels, social media, campaigns, events, delegations, branding, and specialized productions.
- Produce photography, video captures, short-form videos, interviews, and field-based stories independently.
- Conduct on-site shoots across Israel documenting beneficiaries, projects, and human-interest stories.
- Draft creative briefs, direct external professionals, and supervise deliverables from designers, editors, suppliers, and other vendors.
- Adapt messaging to regional cultural and communication characteristics.
- Coordinate with headquarters and cross-functional stakeholders while managing multiple projects, timelines, and deliverables.
- Provide ongoing marketing and communications support as needed.
Requisitos
- Academic degree or relevant professional studies related to the role.
- Native-level Spanish and very high Portuguese proficiency.
- High English proficiency.
- Fluent spoken, reading, and listening comprehension in Hebrew, with basic written communication skills.
- Professional experience in marketing, marketing communications, content creation, digital marketing, or social media.
- Experience writing and editing marketing content in Spanish.
- Strong writing, editing, storytelling, creative ideation, interpersonal, organizational, and collaboration skills.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently for field productions across Israel.
- Availability to work non-standard hours when required.
