Join a growing software startup as its first dedicated marketing hire. Own demand creation from strategy through execution, with a strong focus on on-camera content, social media, events, and customer marketing. The role is based in the Tel Aviv District and reports directly to the CEO.
Responsabilidades
- Develop and execute demand creation strategy
- Manage LinkedIn content for the founder and brand
- Create video content, newsletters, thought leadership, and category-focused materials
- Build landing pages, email sequences, and conversion assets that generate pipeline
- Plan and deliver customer tours, industry events, and meetups
- Create repeatable event playbooks
- Develop case studies, testimonials, and sales collateral from customer stories
- Coordinate marketing operations, vendors, and contractors
- Track and report on marketing performance
Requisitos
- Excellent English, at native or near-native level
- Comfort appearing on camera and independently shooting, editing, and publishing content
- Strong interest in social media, including LinkedIn, TikTok, Reels, and Shorts
- Experience planning and executing content operations and events
- Ability to manage a content calendar while coordinating events
- Strong organizational skills
Se valora
- At least two years of experience at an early-stage company
- Background in B2B SaaS marketing
- Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude and GPT
