Manage and optimize game content, promotions, provider activities, and operational updates across online gaming platforms. Coordinate with external game providers and internal Product, Monetization, BI, Content Operations, and Technical teams.
Responsabilidades
- Operate and maintain game content through internal Admin and Backoffice systems.
- Coordinate with external game providers on launches, updates, promotions, and joint initiatives.
- Manage content configurations, promotions, activations, deactivations, and maintenance.
- Monitor provider and game performance, KPIs, trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
- Translate performance insights into content plans and recommendations.
- Coordinate with internal Product, Monetization, BI, Content Operations, and Technical teams.
- Track provider requests and multiple content initiatives against deadlines.
- Identify content issues and coordinate their resolution.
- Maintain documentation and operational tracking.
Requisitos
- Native-level or very high-level English, spoken and written, is mandatory.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong analytical ability and skill in turning insights into actionable plans.
- Excellent communication and relationship-management skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, responsible, and independent approach to work.

- Experience in operations, account management, content, partnerships, or a similar role.
- Experience in the gaming industry.
- Experience working with external partners or providers.
- Familiarity with Admin or Backoffice systems.
- Knowledge of or interest in casino games and the online gaming industry.
