A global consumer products company is seeking a trade marketing specialist to coordinate retail and distributor marketing across international markets. The role leads channel activation, campaign adaptation, partner marketing, and consistent brand execution.
Responsabilidades
- Develop and deploy global marketing toolkits for product launches, seasonal campaigns, promotions, and retail activations.
- Lead go-to-market execution across distributor and retail channels.
- Help partners adapt global campaigns while maintaining brand consistency.
- Manage channel-partner marketing requests and coordinate joint online and offline initiatives.
- Create digital content, advertising, website, point-of-sale, display, and event-support assets.
- Partner with Sales teams on commercial initiatives and product launches.
- Onboard channel partners and provide ongoing marketing guidance.
- Monitor campaign performance, gather market insights, and recommend improvements.
- Conduct brand audits across international markets.
Requisitos
- At least 3 years of experience in channel, retail, trade, or international marketing.
- Experience working with retailers, distributors, or international partners.
- Strong understanding of retail marketing and multi-market brand management.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong project management, communication, presentation, organizational, and analytical skills.
- A hands-on approach and strong focus on branding and consumer experience.
