Lead the production department at a confectionery manufacturing facility, driving operational excellence, employee and food safety, quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
Responsabilidades
- Lead the production department and embed a culture of excellence, employee safety, food safety, and continuous improvement.
- Own department performance, cost management, and operational efficiency targets.
- Lead initiatives and projects focused on quality, food safety, operational efficiency, and departmental strategy.
- Implement standardization, problem-solving, and professional and organizational changes.
- Manage, develop, and coach managers to build a capable and committed team.
- Oversee departmental human resources processes, including recruitment, learning, and certification.
- Participate in the plant leadership team and contribute to plant strategy and business objectives.
Requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree in management or an engineering discipline.
- At least 6 years of experience in process manufacturing.
- Experience managing middle managers.
- High-level English proficiency.
