Lead the transition from product development through new product introduction and into scaled production. Build the manufacturing organization, processes, production infrastructure, and international factory footprint from the ground up.
Responsabilidades
- Own the transition from R&D through NPI and into scaled production.
- Build and lead manufacturing engineering and NPI, quality, and production functions.
- Develop production capabilities from scratch, including processes, lines, equipment, tooling, test infrastructure, and factories.
- Manage manufacturing performance across capacity, quality, yield, throughput, cost, and delivery.
- Oversee both internal manufacturing operations and external manufacturing partners.
- Establish new production sites in Israel and internationally.
Requisitos
- At least 8 years of hands-on manufacturing management experience.
- Experience taking products from development through NPI and into high-volume production.
- Experience building manufacturing operations from scratch, including production lines, factories, equipment, tooling, stations, and infrastructure.
- Experience building and managing manufacturing teams.
- Experience collaborating with hardware and mechanical engineering teams on production-ready designs.
- Experience managing manufacturing partners and suppliers in Israel and internationally, including technical qualification, audits, and commercial management.
- A willingness to challenge established manufacturing practices and develop new approaches.
