Responsabilidades
- Manage high-budget tender procedures for civil engineering and systems works.
- Lead the preparation and management of complex international tenders.
- Coordinate external stakeholders and professional parties throughout the tender process.
Requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- At least five cumulative years of professional experience preparing tenders within the past ten years.
- Experience managing or preparing infrastructure tenders.
- At least three years of experience managing or preparing complex international tenders.
- High-level English required.
- Strong systems-level perspective.
- Initiative and sense of responsibility.
- Negotiation skills.
- Ability to coordinate and manage external parties.
Se valora
- A degree in law, economics, or business administration.
- Experience with light rail, metro, or heavy rail tenders.
- Experience working with government companies, local authorities, or statutory corporations.
- Experience in an organization subject to public procurement law.
