Own end-to-end delivery of technology projects, from requirements gathering and planning through implementation and achievement of business objectives. Coordinate development teams and stakeholders in a full-time role in the Central Israel area, Sunday–Thursday.
Responsabilidades
- Gather and clarify requirements; plan, prioritize, and deliver technology projects through implementation.
- Build detailed work plans and define milestones.
- Monitor task progress, delivery metrics, and risks; identify blockers and resolve them promptly.
- Coordinate development teams, including remote teams, and manage dependencies and stakeholder interfaces.
- Use Jira to manage work plans and tasks, track execution, and prepare status reports.
Requisitos
- At least 3 years of experience managing technology projects.
- At least 3 years of experience managing development teams in a matrix environment.
- At least 3 years of experience working with Agile methodologies alongside product teams and business stakeholders.
Se valora
- Experience with Jira and Confluence.
- Experience in a financial institution.
