Own end-to-end technical and business project delivery for a fintech company providing embedded lending solutions. Coordinate global customer projects across discovery, development, implementation, and production, working with cross-functional teams and using AI tools in delivery workflows.
Responsabilidades
- Manage project scope, objectives, roles, timelines, quality, and budgets from start to finish.
- Create project plans covering milestones, workstreams, activities, and resource allocation across internal and third-party teams.
- Lead daily squad execution from discovery through production, setting priorities and coordinating with Product and technical leads.
- Coordinate with R&D, Product, Data, Support, and Implementation teams to align delivery with business goals.
- Serve as a key customer contact for escalations and customer satisfaction.
- Track delivery progress, report status through dashboards, manage scope and schedule changes, and identify and mitigate risks.
- Use AI capabilities and tools for project reporting, dashboards, analysis, and delivery workflows.
- Improve delivery methods and processes to shorten time to value and strengthen accountability and customer focus.
Requisitos
- 5–8 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager delivering complex projects for global customers on a SaaS product.
- Experience working directly with international clients.
- Experience collaborating with R&D and Product teams in an Agile environment.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Technical fluency in system architecture, integrations, APIs, and testing processes, with the ability to discuss technical trade-offs with R&D.
- Experience with project estimation and budget management.
- Ability to manage project-based and ad hoc work, schedules, tasks, and deliverables in dynamic environments.
- Experience working in a matrix structure with technical teams and SDLC processes.
- Strong communication and presentation skills across organizational levels.
