A global technology company seeks a Technical Project Manager to lead complex, multidisciplinary hardware development and delivery programs from R&D through new product introduction and production.
Responsabilidades
- Lead complex development and delivery processes across hardware, software, validation, automated test equipment, and NPI.
- Create work plans, milestones, ownership structures, priorities, and execution paths.
- Manage dependencies, resources, risks, bottlenecks, and technical gaps.
- Drive NPI and the transition from R&D to production.
- Coordinate with hardware, software, validation, ATE, QA, supply chain, and manufacturing teams.
- Review technical issues across hardware development, bring-up, integration, testing, and validation.
- Identify risks and gaps early and drive resolution with engineering teams.
- Track progress, manage status reporting, and provide visibility to senior management.
- Lead cross-functional execution with engineering managers and senior leadership.
- Use Jira and AI tools for project management, reporting, dashboards, and performance analysis.
Requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
- At least 4 years of hands-on hardware development experience, including product design and development.
- At least 3 years of experience in technical project management or TPM.
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end hardware development lifecycle, including design, bring-up, integration, validation, NPI, and production.
- Experience with automated test equipment, hardware testing, and validation.
- Experience using Jira and project management tools.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong ownership, execution, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
